This role plays an important part in delivering the exceptional hospitality experience our guests expect throughout the resort and winery properties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and guest areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean glass surfaces, and spot clean carpets Stock and deliver housekeeping and guest room supplies to Room Attendants Remove soiled linen, trash, and recyclables from housekeeping carts and work areas Assist with deep cleaning projects, furniture moving, mattress turning, window washing, and carpet spotting Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas and linen closets Report maintenance issues, hazards, or suspicious activity immediately Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Support other housekeeping team members as needed Maintain a professional and positive attitude while providing excellent guest service Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Qualifications Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions in English Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-service focused Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reachingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move heavier items with appropriate equipment Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr SERVPRO of Saginaw / Bay City
