Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supervisor to work at our Grand Forks office. The CSR Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight, development, and performance of the team. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality leadership and customer service. Job Duties: Responsible for initial and ongoing training, development, and coaching of the Customer Service team Create a high-performance environment by individually coaching each team member to develop skills and abilities aimed at achieving personal and team goals Enforce accuracy standards for all transactions to ensure customer confidence, creditability, and quality experience Proactively reach out to customers in-person and by phone to reinforce and deepen relationships Maintain a high degree of knowledge of banking products and services Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships Desired Skills: Two years of successful teller experience required Post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred Prior leadership experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to accept and provide strong coaching and feedback Attention to detail Proficiency in computers #J-18808-Ljbffr Frandsen Bank & Trust
