- Review loan applications and verify all required documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with applicants to collect missing information or clarification
- Conduct credit checks, background reviews, and verify employment and income
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit complete loan files to underwriting
- Track loan progress and follow up on pending applications
- Provide customer support and guide applicants through the loan process
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers
- Maintain accurate records and update loan tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage, banking, or related field preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
