Confidential Staffing Coordinator — Nursing Home

A skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily nursing staff schedules
Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on census and facility needs
Fill open shifts and call-offs
Communicate with CNAs, RNs and LPNs regarding schedules
Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules
Assist with staffing needs, coverage and scheduling changes

Qualifications:

Previous healthcare staffing or scheduling experience preferred
Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of CNA, RN and LPN staffing requirements a plus
