PediCare Nursing Agency is hiring compassionate and skilled  Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in  Brandon, MS (39047) .

We currently have  Part-Time and PRN shifts available , including evening, overnight, and weekend day shifts. Choose the available shifts that work best with your schedule.

LIMITED-TIME INCENTIVE PAY: $35/HOUR

Nurses working this case will receive an  incentive rate of $35/hour for eligible shifts worked October 1 through November 30 . Regular rate is $30/hour outside of the incentive period.

Regular Pay: $30/hour
Incentive Pay: $35/hour for eligible shifts worked 10/1–11/30
Scheduling: Flexible scheduling – choose the available shifts that work for you

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Monday–Friday:

• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Saturday–Sunday:

• 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

ABOUT THE CASE

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a  pediatric patient in the comfort of their home.

Clinical needs include:

• G-tube feedings and care

• Medication administration

• Seizure precautions and monitoring

• Ongoing nursing assessment and monitoring

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

The assigned nurse will provide  one-on-one care throughout the shift , allowing for focused assessment, intervention, and support of the patient and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician's plan of care

• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition

• Maintain seizure precautions and respond appropriately to seizure activity

• Administer G-tube feedings, medications, treatments, and other ordered interventions

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the clinical team

• Educate and support the patient's family regarding home-care needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi

• Current BLS certification

• Current TB screening within the past 12 months

• Ability to meet all required  state background screening requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

• Pediatric, private duty, G-tube, or seizure-care experience is a plus
