In this role, you will work closely with buyers, offering expert guidance and personalized assistance throughout every step of the home purchasing process. Responsibilities

Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options to provide expert advice

Qualifications

Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
Strong knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
Proven ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Familiarity with real estate contracts, financing options, and closing processes
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
