Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for practice opportunity in Chicago, IL 60625. The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine. As the principal academic affiliate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at The University of Chicago, academic appointment is available to qualified candidates.

What you will do:

• Development of a clinical practice.
• A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
• Participation in weekend and weekday call.
• Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
