BCBA Director of Family Services

To support a growing practice, the part-time Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA will conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and neurodivergent professionals, emphasizing ongoing client engagement and providing guidance on behavior analytic strategies and navigating the school and workplace systems. Key responsibilities Conduct teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers, focusing on behavioral strategies and support Ensure regular follow-ups with clients and log notes, recommendations, and referrals promptly Provide education on navigating diagnoses, the IEP process, and self-advocacy in the workplace Required qualifications Master's Degree or above Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace
