Position Highlights Acute Care Hospital 13-Week Travel Contract Full-Time Schedule Adult Patient Population Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team Nashville, Tennessee Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence. Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, trauma, and medically complex conditions. Provide ADL retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, cognitive assessments, functional mobility training, and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and case managers. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, home safety, and functional strategies.
