Referral Program SpecialistFully Onsite Responsible for providing instructions to real estate agents, enforcing program requirements, sending invoices to closing agents for closing, tracking the status of real estate listings and following up for receipt of payment.Major Duties/Responsibilities:Send program requirements to real estate agents, work with agents to ensure complianceObtain closing agent contact informationSend invoices to closing agents and/or customers, confirm receiptTrack the status of real estate listingsFollow up on outstanding funds after closing or cancelation of fileCommunicate with real estate agents and customers via phone and emailProvide accurate and timely communication to all parties involved in transactionWork with providers, client, and Manager as needed to resolve problemsMaintain 2 Hour Turnaround time for all communicationsPlace orders with local title and closing providersImage documents and set system tasksTrack and follow up on all outstanding items to meet or exceed service levelsAssist Document Management team with sending deed packages to customers and closing officesCritical Dimensions:Verbal and Written CommunicationOrganizationProblem SolvingFlexibilityAttention to DetailDesire to learn and succeedExperience/Qualifications:High School Diploma RequiredRequired computer skills: MS Excel, Word, OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGeneral Knowledge of the life cycle of a real estate transactionFinancial or Real Estate Closing related experience preferredAbility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
