What You'll Do

As a Packaging Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling and packaging products precisely according to detailed specifications to ensure quality and consistency.
• Packing and boxing finished goods efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Sealing blister packs securely, ensuring proper alignment for safety, presentation, and durability.
• Inspecting containers and products for defects, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
• Verifying date codes and batch numbers to maintain traceability and compliance.
• Supporting waste management by separating scrap and documenting waste disposal processes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift and handle up to 40 pounds repeatedly and safely.
• Comfort with bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching for extended periods.
• Ability to stand continuously for 8-10 hours with focus and stamina.
• Steel-toed or composite-toed footwear for safety compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus but not required.
