Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer and supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma‑informed care.
