Resource Coordinator: Crisis & Participant Support

Wellspring Community seeks a Resource Coordinator to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will manage a caseload of 40–45 participants, ensuring ISP alignment and person-centered services across settings. In addition to core coordination, you will focus on Crisis Response and Program Engagement, promoting safety, stability, and a positive, inclusive environment.
