Front Desk Receptionist/Night Auditor

• Manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating guests' arrivals, departures and requirements at the main desk of the hotel
• Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room keys or cards.
• Responsible for maintaing high occupancy rate and attending to all inbound/outbound reservation sales.
• Keeps records of occupied and vacant rooms and guests' accounts.
• Processes audit reports and submit direct bill invoices.
• Contacts various staff members to assist guests as needed.
• Handles guest complaints or concerns.
• Keeping the front desk area clean every shift, including and not limited to spraying and cleaning all windows, all work spaces, guest waiting area and break room.
