Looking for a strong Backend Engineer with solid Python experience and healthcare domain knowledge. The engineer will support integrations with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and work across a mix of in-house and third-party systems focused on lab order/result processing and clinical data pipelines.

• Availability: Full-time. Central Standard timezone. Monday-Friday software engineer on-duty rotation with on-call availability.

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Python experience.
• 2+ years of full-time experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on HL7/FHIR experience.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on AI Development experience.
• Capable of digging into systems and learning independently, not completely reliant on AI-assisted coding tools.
• Strong understanding of system architecture.

Nice to haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
