Field Marketing Manager

Lead the North America field marketing function, including two SDRs and an Events Lead Manage inbound leads from events, webinars and other marketing activity from qualification through handoff and follow-up Partner with sales teams to improve follow-through on qualified leads and identify opportunities that are not being progressed Plan targeted outbound campaigns with SDRs using marketing automation and account-based marketing tools such as 6sense Tailor campaign messages to specific audiences and events Coordinate field activity and campaign execution across a decentralized North America sales organization Focus team work on conversion quality and pipeline outcomes Requirements Approximately 10 years of experience in field marketing, including marketing automation and account-based marketing campaigns Experience managing or developing SDR teams and coordinating closely with sales Ability to build targeted, multi-touch campaigns for complex buying journeys spanning 12 to 18 months Experience in complex healthcare, life sciences or comparable B2B buying environments Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading field marketing initiatives, managing SDR teams, and executing targeted multi-touch campaigns within complex B2B buying environments, particularly in healthcare and life sciences.
