AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

$29–$45/HR + TEAM PERFORMANCE BONUS

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

$29–$45 per hour based on experience. Team performance bonus. Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.

NO EVENINGS.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You'll be responsible for helping guide our customers through the repair process while keeping communication between the front counter and technicians running smoothly. That includes: Greeting customers and listening to their concerns. Accurately documenting customer concerns. Building and presenting repair and maintenance estimates. Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections with customers. Explaining repairs and maintenance in a way customers understand. Handling customer questions and objections professionally. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. Coordinating workflow with our technicians. Managing repair orders from drop-off through completion. Making sure customers are promptly notified when their vehicles are finished. Helping maintain an organized and productive shop. Delivering the type of customer experience that keeps people coming back.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for someone who: Has previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Manager experience. Understands automotive repair and maintenance. Can confidently present estimates without being pushy. Understands the difference between selling repairs and helping customers make informed decisions. Communicates well with customers and technicians. Can handle a busy shop without losing track of details. Takes ownership instead of making excuses. Follows through on what they say they're going to do. Shows up on time and ready to work. Has a positive attitude. Works well as part of a team. Wants to continue learning and improving.
