Our kitchen depends on a strong utility team to keep dishes moving, stations stocked, floors clean, and the entire operation running smoothly.We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, notices what needs to be done, and can be counted on every shift.What You'll DoWash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensilsKeep the dish area clean, organized, and safeKeep clean dishes, pots, pans, and supplies stocked for the kitchenAssist with trash, recycling, floors, cleaning, and other utility dutiesHelp cooks and the kitchen team keep service movingStay ahead of the workload and take initiative when something needs attentionFollow food-safety, sanitation, and health department standardsHelp make sure the kitchen is clean and ready for every serviceWe're Looking For Someone Who:Shows up on time and can be counted onHas a strong work ethic and takes pride in cleanlinessNotices what needs to be done without always being askedWorks efficiently and keeps moving in a busy kitchenHas a positive attitude and is willing to jump in wherever neededTakes direction well and works respectfully with the entire teamCan stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsHas previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but not requiredThe right attitude and reliability matter more than experience.
