Controller - Strategic Financial Leader in Manufacturing

Salary: $120K - negotiable
Location: Massillon, OH - onsite


What You Bring:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a controller with hands-on P&L management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is highly favored

Additional Attributes That Enhance Your Profile:

• Experience with manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, inventory turns, and cost per unit
• Proven track record of driving profitability improvements and operational efficiencies
• Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development
• Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• 3-5 years of relevant controller experience within manufacturing or similar industries

Other Requirements:

• Primarily office-based role requiring prolonged sitting and computer work
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
• Employment is at-will, contingent on onboarding and background checks
