Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operational claim functions. Your role will involve making initial phone contacts, gathering pertinent information, coordinating the scheduling of claims, claim data entry into various platforms, and assisting with office administration and various projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate time management skills and be adaptable to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Job Type:

· Full Time – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday

Salary:

· $45,000 - $50,000 (Dependent on direct relevant experience)

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Required)

Location:

· Tempe, AZ 85284 (Required)

· Valid AZ Driver’s License (Required)

Language:

· English (Required) – Bi-lingual (Spanish) is desirable

Qualifications

· Successful completion of background check and drug screen

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Proficient data entry skills/typing are required

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Friendly and professional demeanor with customers, vendors and co-workers

· Willingness to help promote the business as a whole

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
