A well known hospitality group is looking to add a Floor Manager to one of their upscale Mexican restaurant in NYC !
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of management experience in an upscale, fine dining, or chef-driven restaurant
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing front-of-house teams
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, wine and beverage programs, and guest relations
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service execution and an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop the floor team while maintaining high standards of hospitality and performance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Support the continued growth of the restaurant by contributing to service innovation, operational improvements, and market positioning.
- Uphold and reinforce the organization's commitment to excellence through strong leadership, accountability, and team development.
