divh2Membership Sales Coordinator/h2pWorkout Anytime Hudson Bridge is seeking a part-time membership sales coordinator who is passionate about fitness and changing lives. Responsibilities include: greeting members and guests, touring prospective members, selling memberships, providing security and control to the front door area, checking members into the gym using the proper check-in procedures, monitoring check-ins to identify delinquent accounts, registering guests into the gym using proper registration procedures, developing and maintaining prospect lead generation through walk-ins, incoming calls, outside cold calls, referrals and business-to-business (B2B) contacts, maintaining a prospect lead follow-up system, ensuring guests and appointments are directed to the proper fitness consultant in a prompt, professional manner, answering phone in a professional and courteous manner and using proper phone greeting techniques, addressing callers requests and/or taking appropriate messages, following up on telephone inquiries, dealing with member requests, inquiries and concerns, maintaining neat appearance, cleaning and maintaining the front desk, gym floor and locker rooms according to Company standards, responsible for gym walk-thru as designated in walk-thru logs, following proper opening and closing procedures as assigned, logging all maintenance concerns that are reported, and performing other duties as directed by the Membership Director (Club Manager) and General Manager./ppQualifications Requirements: high school diploma required, excellent customer service and communication skills, computer skills are required, outgoing, fun personality, ability to multi-task, exhibit professional grooming standards, availability to work weekends, reliable transportation, live in the area. Potential employees availability must be flexible to clubs needs. Mornings 9:00am - 3:00pm; Evenings 3:00pm - 8:00pm (or 9:00pm) Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm Sundays 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
