The world can’t wait.You Have:Experience with federal procurement regulations and compliance auditsExperience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookKnowledge of contract lifecycle management and government contract ingAbility to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision-making, work delegation, and employee developmentSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:5+ years of experience in program management or acquisition managementExperience managing the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor negotiations and acquisition strategy developmentExperience in advanced acquisition documentation and compliance auditsExperience with met rics, business process reengineering, business case analysis, electronic workflow, cost estimation, and strategic planningKnowledge of DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, and emerging procurement technologies and automation toolsAbility to integrate security, travel, and acquisition regulations into comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategiesAbility to conduct market research, negotiate vendor agreements, mentor junior procurement staff, and lead cross-functional teamsPossession of excellent problem-solving skillsPossession of excellent communication and coordination skills, for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and achieve project objectivesCertified Federal Contracts Manager ( CFCM ) or Certified Professional in Supply Management ( CPSM ) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
