Job Summary

A compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed for a long-term care (LTC) assignment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams to support residents in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient safety comfort and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions; report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with admissions discharges and care planning
• Support residents with daily healthcare needs while ensuring comfort and dignity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN or RN license in North Dakota (or compact eligibility)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing
