An established and highly regarded upscale dining operation is seeking an accomplished Restaurant Manager to help lead a sophisticated, high-volume chophouse environment.

This is an opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who understands that exceptional dining is built on precision, genuine hospitality, strong leadership, and consistent execution.

The ideal candidate will come from a fine-dining, upscale steakhouse, chophouse, luxury hotel, chef-driven, or premium full-service restaurant environment and will have a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining demanding service standards.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

• Direct daily front-of-house operations with a highly visible presence on the floor.

• Lead service execution during high-volume periods while maintaining exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the front and back of house.

• Set the standard for polished, professional, and personalized guest service.

• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and develop hospitality professionals.

• Build an accountable, engaged team culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and performance.

• Monitor every aspect of the guest experience and proactively address service opportunities.

• Personally handle guest concerns and service recovery with confidence and professionalism.

• Support scheduling, labor management, payroll reporting, inventory control, and operational administration.

• Partner with senior leadership on financial performance, labor productivity, cost control, and operational initiatives.

• Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, security, and regulatory compliance.

THE LEADER WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4–6+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.

• Proven success in upscale full-service, fine dining, steakhouse, chophouse, luxury hospitality, or a similarly elevated concept.

• Experience leading a high-volume restaurant while protecting service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of labor management, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financial controls.

• Exceptional floor presence and the ability to confidently lead through demanding services.

• Demonstrated success hiring, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.

• Strong guest-recovery and conflict-resolution skills.

• Professional communication skills and executive-level presence with guests and team members.

• Working knowledge of POS, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and restaurant technology systems.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
