Digital Marketing ManagerIf you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. Groot Hospitality is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and email. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and supporting teams i.e., Social Media Key Players, Website Developers, Programmers, and much more.Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad, Words/Analytics, Email Marketing, YouTube, SEO/SEM & more.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies (Ex: Snapchat & Tik Tok Ads)Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on Paid Ads (Ex: Google & Meta)Monitor all Ticketing Platforms via pricing, demand, and day-to-day monitoring.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Weekly governing and monitoring of all Groot Hospitality Websites.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for the adoption of new systems.Subject to working occasional odd hours annually i.e., Holiday's, Local Market Events, Festivals & Pop-Up Events.Forward-thinker on all important dates throughout the year in Local Market. i.e., Holiday's, Events, Sporting Events.Work hand in hand with Social Media Marketing team for all communication needs daily.Effective Team Player & Collaborator.Requirements:Education and ExperienceMinimum of 5-6 years of marketing experience working with hospitality & entertainment groups.Ability to work with all personality types, even in adverse situations.Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with others.Well versed in project management within a team setting.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing.Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Well versed in managing multiple projects and recommend/implement effective solutions.Numerically literate, comfortable with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
