About the Role We're not your average ABA provider—we're a team of change‑makers helping kids with Autism reach their potential, one goal at a time. As an RBT at Accel Therapies, you’ll: Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Track progress—collect data on every goal, every day. Teach real‑world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime. Collaborate with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs. Continuously grow as your career advances. Who Are We Looking For? You are at least 18 years old (required). You have a Bachelor's Degree OR a high school diploma or GED and an active, unexpired RBT certification. You are available for full‑time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). You have reliable transportation. You are reliable, communicative, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus). You are playful, patient, and positive. Please note: This is a center‑based position.
