Spectrum Business is seeking a Manager, Mid Market Sales to lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. This role focuses on coaching to exceed sales goals, fostering customer relationships, and delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales leadership experience, a strong grasp of the data and cable industry, and proven abilities in motivating teams.
