In this fast-paced position, you will pick bulk cases of wine from high-bay storage racks, stage product, and load cases into flow bins. This position requires proven experience operating standing equipment only —including stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and turret/swing-reach trucks. Because our racking systems extend into elevated high-bay zones, candidates must be fully comfortable working at heights.

What You Will Do

• Bulk Case Picking: Select and pull cases of wine from high-bay bulk racks and transport them to designated staging areas.

• Flow Bin Loading: Accurately load staged wine cases into distribution flow bins for outgoing fulfillment.

• Standing Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers (cherry pickers), and turret (swing-reach) trucks to move inventory through elevated racking systems.

• High-Bay Navigation: Confidently work at elevated heights within high-density warehouse racking environments.

• Inventory & Quality Control: Verify item numbers, case counts, and order tickets to ensure 100% picking accuracy before staging.

What You Need

• Equipment Experience (Required): Hands-on experience operating standing warehouse equipment—specifically stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and turret (swing-reach) trucks . (Note: This facility does not use sit-down equipment).

• Comfort with Heights: Must be completely comfortable working at elevated heights on order picker and turret truck platforms.

• Schedule Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift hours, including mandatory weekend shifts.

• Physical Ability: Comfort lifting heavy cases of beverage products, bending, reaching, and operating standing machinery throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks, equipment evaluations, and screenings.
