Temp Project Manager, Digital As a Temporary Project Manager, Digital, you’ll join the team on a six-month contract and help guide the execution of digital projects and integrated marketing initiatives from concept to launch. There may be an opportunity for the role to transition to a permanent position based on business needs and performance. Working closely with strategists, designers, developers, social, and account teams, you’ll help translate client briefs into clear project plans and help guide the delivery of websites, digital landing pages, and other marketing initiatives. You’ll keep projects moving by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring teams stay aligned and informed throughout the process. With a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, you’ll help navigate challenges, identify solutions, and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time. What kind of person would that be? Likes to have fun, a real plus. Responsibilities Manage timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables across digital projects including website, campaigns, and platform updates. Partner with account, designers, developers, strategists, and other team members to ensure project alignment and smooth execution. Able to uncover project requirements and translate them into clear timelines, tasks, and workflows. Act as the communication hub for project teams, vendors, and clients. Maintain project documentation such as status updates, schedules, and project plans. Proactively identify project risks and help implement solutions. Ensure quality standards are met through coordination, reviews, and QA processes. Schedule and lead key project touchpoints including internal and client meetings. Qualifications 2-5 years of project management experience in an agency, with a track record of successful delivery across interactive channels and platforms Hands on experience managing the end-to-end production of website builds, redesigns and site maintenance/updates Experience working directly with developers, QA engineers, product managers, UX designers, graphic designers, content strategists, researchers, and strategists Experience working with 3rd-party agencies and vendors Rigorous in organization and management, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project Collaborative: With multiple stakeholders, communication and teamwork is critical Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with agile scrum methodology as well as project management tools and collaborative workflow. Anticipated Salary $60,000 - $80,000 Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, location, and the level at which the candidate is hired.
