About the Position:

Reinstatement Specialist - In-office position in Las Vegas, NV

A reinstatement specialist is responsible for facilitating the post vehicle repossession process and negotiating vehicle reinstatement. They must be logical thinkers that listen and negotiate well, follow regulations, and convey information clearly and in a detailed manner.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Actively negotiate vehicle reinstatements, full balance redemptions, and settlements post repossession from incoming and outgoing call for eligible accounts.
• Order Notice of Intent to Sell letter (NOIT) based on specific state guidelines.
• Handle releases related to reinstatements, redemptions or bankruptcy. Assist customers who want to redeem their repossessed vehicle.
• Assist the Repossession Department with processing invoices.

Applicants must be able to multitask, have good phone and customer service skills. We provide training!
