• Shift: 12-hour nights (3:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Hours/Week: 36
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip, arterial line, bipap, and Airvo experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to high-acuity PCU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and manage drips, arterial lines, and ventilators (Airvo/BIPAP)
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including holiday staffing requirements
• Attend orientation sessions for unit-specific procedures and policies
• Respond promptly to patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Missouri or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in PCU or similar high-acuity setting
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Strong clinical skills in high-acuity patient management
• Ability to work scheduled weekends and major holidays as required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
