Member Service Associate

Provide outstanding member service to new and existing members and visitors Accurately process financial service transactions while maintaining a cash drawer Detect and report fraud or irregular activities Build member relationships by identifying needs, recommending solutions, and deepening relationships Respond to inquiries about information, products/services, lending, and related topics Resolve member issues in a timely manner Promote self-service resources and digital channels Participate in cross-selling initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events Pursue professional development through coaching, job shadowing, mentoring, and training Achieve management-provided goals and objectives Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Support branches within Northwest Region #1, including Wilton, Malta, and Clifton Park - Park Ave Branch locations Requirements High School Diploma (or GED), and customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent interpersonal skills Flexibility to work out of any location at any time, as business needs dictate Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to operate in a rapidly changing dynamic environment Excellent oral, written, and auditory communication skills, as well as interpersonal interaction skills Bilingual individuals fluent in a second language in addition to English are highly encouraged to apply Core Competencies Demonstrates strong member service capabilities by effectively processing financial transactions, resolving inquiries, and building relationships.
