Aetna Medicare Product Tools & Technology is seeking a Microsoft SQL Database Developer to join our exciting team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying full-stack solutions in support of Aetna's Medicare business. As part of your position you will be leveraging AI tools as well. You will have the opportunity to explore cutting edge technology. You will work closely with other developers, BA's, and QA testers to design and develop solutions that will scale our products, streamline our processes, and empower the business. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Analyze business requirements to design and implement new features to systems - Develop in SQL Server - Write and optimize database queries To be successful you must be diligent, smart, creative, and willing to learn. You will also need to be a strong team player and be able to work independently. This person will join an exciting team! Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience within: -Visual Studio -SQL Server Management Studio -Creating/Optimizing Stored Procedures -Creating Objects -Creating Triggers/Functions -Building Indexes -Ability to write dynamic SQL -Creating parameterized stored procedures Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of experience within: -Visual Studio SSIS (Sql Server Integration Studio) -SSRS (Sql Server Reporting Services) -Ability to write variables within SSIS -proficiency using tools like GitHub and DevOps 1-3 years of experience within: -AI developer tools (copilot) -DevOps -Power Bi -Tableau -Databricks -Mongo Db -Amazon Web Services -Google Cloud Platforms Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
