Unarmed Security Officer - Service Desk Operator

Job Title
This role is responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, supporting security systems and software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for employees via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues
- Support security technology platforms including surveillance, access control, and monitoring systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
- Support onboarding/offboarding of employees by setting up or removing system access
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk roles
- VALID GUARD CARD REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
