Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California OT license
• Prior school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
• Will not consider COTAs for this role

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to elementary school students (LOA coverage for current therapist on surgical leave)
• Manage a dynamic caseload across Marblehead Elementary
• Collaborate with educators and staff to implement IEPs and support student success
• Document sessions and progress toward goals according to district and state guidelines
• Contribute insightfully during board meetings and team discussions as needed
