Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills and build retailer relationships while representing Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS

Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00–$15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions. Part‑time employees receive voluntary benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Average weekly hours range from 8 to 22 hours. Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required. Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Your Role And Responsibilities Will Include Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Holiday support: Provide additional coverage during peak demand periods such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including work on the holidays themselves when required. Department resets: Join teams for installations, fixture setup, and card department relocations with 2‑week notice, often including evenings or weekends. Team collaboration: Support other merchandisers in the network as needed. Physical Requirements Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Requires frequent kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and the ability to climb stairs and step ladders. Basic Qualifications Minimum age 18. English reading, writing, and understanding proficiency. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Proficiency with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information. Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
