Clubkeeps are smart, world-class hosts that wear a smile, obsess over details, and give a damn about ensuring our clubs are always clean, full of vibes, and overflowing with coffee. Responsibilities Maintaining our standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency Consistently delivering a high level of service Following a detailed checklist to ensure consistency and maintain Switchyards standards Completing detailed check-ins with care and attention to detail (check-in's take anywhere from 40-60 minutes on average) Clear and consistent communication with our Operations team before, during, and after check-in's General cleaning and tidying of clubs Ongoing maintenance of coffee equipment The Nitty Gritty Clubkeeps will work and communicate directly with our Houston Club Manager. Very part-time with flexible hours Schedule flexibility is preferred. Have another job but want to make some extra cash? This could be just right for you. $25 per shift.
