Field Service Technician

This organization is an engineering, research, and testing company that helps aerospace, defense, and automotive organizations develop and validate new technologies. Its work includes flight testing, wind-tunnel testing, jet-engine and propulsion testing, hypersonics, automotive safety/crash testing, and advanced test equipment and facilities. This company also designs and builds jet-engine test cells, test equipment, control systems, and related facilities for customers such as aircraft manufacturers, engine companies, airlines, government agencies, and the military.

They are currently looking for a Field Service Technician for their St. Paul Minnesota location. This is travel role with roughly 25% travel and must have passport. When not traveling you will be working in the St. Paul office.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment in aerospace test facilities. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers' ability to validate and enhance aircraft systems, keeping the company at the forefront of the aerospace industry. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems using test equipment, completing equipment checkouts, documenting service activities, updating drawings, ordering parts, and assisting with work procedures. The position also coordinates and supervises subcontractors, validates completed work, and supports shop production, equipment assembly, and facility maintenance as needed.

Compensation for this role is $29-35/HR plus Plenty of Overtime. You are paid for all travel and receive a daily per diem for food and also will get a company credit card. They have Full benefits and 401k also. Easily make 80-100k year one! Job 59357
