The Maintenance Lead shall act as support staff to the maintenance supervisor concerning the execution of all maintenance and assigned tasks within their assigned area of responsibility, including oversight of the team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance activities on facilities and equipment, while prioritizing safety and adhering to company standards, often by evaluating system needs, managing work orders, and providing technical guidance to team members. In the absence of the production supervisor the Lead will supervise employees throughout the department while carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
