Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with school-based psychological assessments and evaluations
• Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability working with diverse student populations
• Previous experience in educational settings is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial, re-evaluation, and crisis assessments for students, complying with all federal and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Provide evidence-based recommendations that guide instruction and support for students with a wide range of academic and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers and school staff regarding student interventions and progress monitoring
• Participate actively in eligibility and IEP meetings, ensuring clear documentation and communication
• Offer direct and indirect services to students, fostering a positive learning environment
