Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant acts as the initial point of contact for NAPA's central office. A person in this position is responsible for greeting and interacting with customers and vendors who come into the office, and coordinating communication with various NAPA stores.Establish and maintain good relationships with NAPA customers, vendors, and Store Managers.Answer phones, route calls and answer basic inquiries.Open and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.Create and maintain accurate files.Assist store managers and employees with incoming questions.Input data and generate reports under direction from the Accounting Manager.Assist with elements of collections – research, data gathering and reporting.Assist and support administrative staff.Protect Dyna Parts by keeping information confidential.Help ensure the Central Office and Reception Area are kept neat and organized.Paid Time OffPaid holidaysMedicalDentalVision401 (k) matchFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings AccountLife and AD & D insuranceBenefits Information Disclaimer: The benefits information provided on this site is provided for informational purposes only.
