Employment Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor (1099)

• The Pay: 100% Performance-Based Commission.

• Target Earnings: Historically, first-year representatives and entry-level trainees in the Omaha market average $69,700 - $89,400+ . (This represents the true historical average, not just top-tier earners).

• The Product: Helping businesses provide voluntary employee benefits (specifically B2B sales of accident, critical illness, and life insurance policies).

• The Environment: Field-based, face-to-face B2B networking. (Absolutely no residential door-to-door or retail store sales).

MCL Talent Partners is looking for a dependable, hard-working professional in the greater Omaha area who is ready to leave behind manual labor, exhausting shift work, or dead-end retail jobs.

You will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one coach who will teach you every part of our community-based operation. Once trained, you will:

• Connect Locally: Head out into the field to meet face-to-face with local business owners and professionals to understand what their teams need.

• Educate Help: Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.

• Build Relationships: Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact to support your clients over the long term.

• Run Your Day: Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.

You don't need a traditional office resume to thrive here. In fact, people with experience as shift supervisors, warehouse leads, crew foremen, restaurant captains, or assistant managers often excel in this environment! We are looking for:
