Custom Warehouse AssociatePay: $18.00-$20.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM after training Training: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for the first two weeksWe are hiring a dependable Warehouse Assistant for a hands-on role with a growing local operation. This position is a mix of order pulling, packing, crate assembly, stocking, and forklift operation. It's a good fit for someone who likes staying busy, working with their hands, and seeing orders through from start to finish.Responsibilities:Pull parts and materials for customer ordersPack product components securely into shipping cratesBuild and assemble crates using nail guns, drills, and basic hand toolsCount inventory and stock warehouse shelvesOperate a sit-down electric forkliftLoad, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouseMaintain an organized and efficient work areaHelp keep orders moving in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking For:Previous warehouse, shipping, production, or material handling experience preferredForklift experience preferred, but candidates who are rusty or willing to learn will be consideredComfortable using basic hand and power toolsDependable attendance and strong work ethicAble to work independently and stay productiveComfortable in a physical, fast-moving warehouse environmentGrowth Opportunity: This is a long-term opportunity with room to increase pay based on performance and successful hire-on.
