Outpatient Mental Health Clinician

Thrive Family Services is looking to add to our Fort Mill Clinical team! Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Complete intake and diagnostic assessments utilizing DSM-5-TR criteria Develop accurate diagnoses and evidence-based treatment recommendations Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate to client needs Assess and monitor symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and suicidal ideation Conduct crisis assessments and intervention sessions as needed Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions to ensure clinical goals are achieved Complete all documentation in accordance with Thrive policies and timelines Maintain compliance with signed Employment Agreement Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active, unrestricted full licensure in Counseling or Social Work in the State of South Carolina Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a consistent caseload while maintaining documentation standards Benefits In-house clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians 401K Paid Time Off Sick Time #J-18808-Ljbffr Thrive Family Services LLC
