About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Gift Planning. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and collaborative professional with a strong background in planned giving and frontline fundraising. Responsibilities include creating and managing a portfolio of 50 to 75 prospects and donors, leading face-to-face solicitations for gifts ranging from six to seven figures, and ultimately securing transformational commitments to support the institution's mission. The role is pivotal in advancing the company's goals and requires a strategic approach to philanthropy, as well as the ability to work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.
