Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; tech school or machining certification preferred.
• At least two years running manual or CNC machines, lathes, or mills (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
• Know your blueprints, your math, and your measuring tools.
• Steady hands, sharp focus, and a safety-first mindset.
• Able to lift materials and stay on your feet through the shift.

Job Duties:

• Machine setups and changeovers
• Blueprint reading and material prep
• Measuring and inspecting every cut
• Troubleshooting like a pro when things go sideways
