1st Shift Welder
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in DeKalb County within the metal fabrication, metal stamping, welding and farm related industry.

Welder Job Summary:

$18.00/hour -$21.00/hour (Depending on experience)

1st Shift only: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Experience using the following welding processes in a production setting:

Arc - flat, horizontal, Vertical up, vertical down (Steel pipe)

MIG (Steel, Steel pipe and Aluminum) - Flat, horizontal, vertical down

TIG (Steel, Tool Steels and Aluminum) - Flat, horizontal

OXY - Acetylene - flat, horizontal

Brazing experience also preferred

Fitting, tacking and fixturing experience

General working knowledge of structural welding codes and OSHA standards

Accomplished in surface conditioning with right angle, straight and electric grinders and random orbital sanders

Successfully test to WPS qualifications standards IAW Structural Welding Code AWS D1.1.1M Section 4.11.2
Must be dependable
