Processor Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $15 - $18/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, associates are required to work within defined guidelines, to facilitate service conversations on Banking Auto Loans line of business and/or Loan Servicing product set. In this role, associates are expected to collect requirements and respond with relevant solutions through client defined parameters to process auto loan applications, securing collateral in name of client, managing title paperwork for different purposes. Skills Required: Customer service skills with good writing, verbal communication skills and comprehension. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members by phone to process banking requests and provide information based on set procedures (Inbound/Outbound). Provide operational support to members and auto dealers with their Banking Auto Loans line of business or product review accounts and processes transactions that may require action. Identify and confirm the member's immediate request(s) and work to resolve issues. Identify and confirm action requested from third party on releasing title paperwork. Categorize and route incoming documents to the appropriate area or mail them back to correct party. Explore members' needs and provide status updates on the missing information to complete the funding process for the outstanding loan application. Stop title releasing paperwork when system generates and alert that payment was not successful. Validation and funding of loan amounts in line with business procedure guidelines. Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to quality through member interactions. Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities. To have good data entry skills. Expertise in Banking Lending process and basic knowledge on how the auto loan industry operates will be an additional advantage. Being able to operate several tools and windows for one case while in the phone call. Essential Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good Analytical skills. Should have a decent understanding of how to perform Risk assessment & Investigative skills. Should be proficient with time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines. Experience Required: 0 to 2 years of experience in any contact center, customer care or administrative task.
