Experienced Auto Body Tech

Position Overview We’re looking for Autobody Preppers with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician, you’ll be expected to perform bodywork on multiple panels, including: Heavy plastic welding Minor metal pulling Roof and rocker panel repair Large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair) Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $23 – $30 hourly. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience. Physically able to operate vehicle equipment and tools; must lift up to 60 lbs independently. At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment under varying weather conditions. Must use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments. Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
